Ober Kaler was founded in 1903 and now has more than 125 lawyers working for the firm in Maryland, where it is headquartered, as well as in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and Virginia. The firm has a broad commercial practice but is one of the few firms in the mid-Atlantic region experienced in railroad rolling stock, aircraft and vessel financings.
