Luxembourg Ambassador hosts reception to highlight the Luxembourg Protocol.

The Luxembourg Ambassador to Paris, H.E. Paul Dühr this week hosted a reception at his residence on the Luxembourg Rail Protocol. Preparatory Commission co-chair Mervi Kaikkonen and RWG Chairman Howard Rosen each gave a presentation on different aspects of the Protocol.
