Hong Kong firm GHK joins the Rail Working Group

GHK is an international firm of economic, financial and management consultants with extensive experience in public and private sector consultancy. The firm is well known for its financial and economic analysis of major development and transport infrastructure projects.

GHK has recently evaluated the economic impact of the proposed Express Rail Link between Hong Kong and Guangzhou, the Airport Rail Link between Hong Kong and Shenzhen airports, the financial performance of a road and rail option for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and has advised private investors on the development of rail-freight in Mainland China. The company is currently assessing funding options and the economic performance of different rail lines for Hong Kong’s Second Railway Development Strategy. GHK is also advising on the fare regulation of the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway Corporation and the development of a major new metro system in West Africa.

In 2012 GHK became a wholly owned subsidiary of ICF International.
