Dresdner Kleinwort joins RWG

We are pleased to announce the RWG membership of Dresdner Kleinwort. Dresdner Kleinwort is the investment bank of Dresdner Bank and part of Allianz SE, one of the largest global insurance and financial service providers.

Dresdner Kleinwort provides a wide range of investment banking products on a global basis with a European focus and has significant expertise and involvement in many aspects of the European rail industry. In particular it has structured and executed a range of innovative debt financings within the sector and has considerable experience in structuring and providing various financing instruments to support and enhance the underlying transactions.

In addition, Dresdner Kleinwort is actively involved in providing advice covering privatisations, acquisitions and disposals to participants in the European Rail sector.
