Apex Rail joins Rail Working Group

26th June 2017

Apex Rail
is a newly founded company offering dedicated financial advisory services and asset management for the rail industry, facilitating the procurement, ownership and operation of rolling stock over the full life-cycle. The Swiss based company benefits from almost 40 years of relevant professional experience of its management and currently work for a variety of European clients active in rail operation and rolling stock investment.

By joining the Rail Working Group, we are seeking to contribute to the successful implementation of the Luxembourg Protocol for the benefit of the whole industry which is still lacking streamlined security instruments for its financiers. With respect to rolling stock crossing the European borders it will make a big difference in terms of obtaining a comprehensive security interest and in terms of simplifying documentation. As a result, rolling stock operators, owners and financiers will be able to concentrate on more important issues in relation to rolling stock procurement and financing.
